#24 HOW IT'S DONE ... WHAT WENT WRONG. - 20 MAY, 2024

I am not wanting to bring politics onto this site, but, you cannot avoid reality.

On this blog, I allude (a lot) to the choke-hold controls, laws, regulations, and organizations that impact our RV industry and our DIY "building" ability, to own or create our own RV, drive it, park it, and live in it (if you so desire). Here is a primer of where all of these controls preventing you from" doing any of that, spawn from.  

Currently, most of us worker ants have learned about the power of the "Swamp", or are aware of the "Uni-party" in Washington DC, and, we all know about "Lobbyists".  Add all of these people together, and the proper name for this massive group is the "Administrative state" ...  a group of influencers who control the regulatory agencies that are managed (or created) by the president.   

The term “Administrative state” specifically describes the elitist Washington DC crowd of unaccountable, (elected and unelected) people, presidential appointees, administrative agencies, organizations, NGO's, including the national security apparatus, who are authorized by the President to exercise power...  and to create, finance, and enforce "their" own rules. 

The "Administrative state" uses its rule-making ability to essentially bypass the separation of powers between the three branches of government by creating a "massive" fourth branch of "hidden" government that was not formed (or foreseen) by the US Constitution, by design, the boundaries become foggy, untraceable, and Federal grant-money supports the collusion... there is a tremendous cross-support, and sharing of effort that disguises where these dictates, rules and actions "really" come from... that is why the problems for "us" cannot be traced.

These agencies are responsible for regulating almost all things in our lives...  disguised as parts of the legislative, executive, and judicial branches they appoint the heads (Secretary of this, Director of: that, etc;) who then issue rules and mandates with the force of law, they then police those rules, and adjudicate their enforcement, and even appoint their own judges and prosecutors.

 *Examples are Fauci, Mayorkas, Buttigieg, Galand, Austin, Wray, on and on... 

These 2024 Agencies of the administrative state, all their "appointees" and their massive department personnel numbers are all non-elected, and paid for by you.:

Of course, many of these are inherent to our basic American lifestyle, needs, and culture... our society requires their presence, but remember, the people involved in all of these... are unelected... and... the NGO is the active right hand of the Administrative State Agency, and of its Headmaster.. being independent of any State controls or government involvement, they can operate under the financial cover of their non-profit 501.c3 purview... legally protected to organize themselves, unhindered, according to their own interests, needs, and priorities, Federal grants support them, and give them power of the purse. 

Working for, through, or "as", the Administrative State, there are 3,320 + tax-exempt NGO groups in place that are considered as "Major" players (and more that are "minor"...), you can click HERE to review them...

But remember, hiding inside these 3,320 NGO's are another 5,000 or so 501-3c non-profit individuals acting as "sub-feeders" off of the same NGO government tax grant monies.

After you review all this, there will be a test.

Of course, as just an average citizen, "I" already knew all of this, but, I thought "you" might need a refresher... as we look at the upcoming November 2024 selection-election, we need to ask ourselves "What could possibly go wrong"?  we are in control, right?

As you develop your "build", you will run into all sorts of awareness about our RV world (et al.), we have advocates, and we have those others, it is often difficult to identify who-is-who... diesel fuel, 22.5 tires, road wear, carbon footprint, air pollution leading to climate change, highway safety, vehicle weight, insurance, campground regulations, penalties on RV parks, overload of city sewer-trash-water systems, public safety, Tax revenues, Zoning, Highway building vehicle standards of all imaginable control types, and everything related to certification, regulation, and construction of RV's is in their collective hands, deals are made, incentives paid, and, penalties for the non-believer.

In Washington, Oregon, California, and Idaho, if you want to live in an "RV" then you are limited to a maximum stay of 180 days in one place, In manufactured/mobile/RV Park registration, it is in plain language that you are not allowed to stay for more than 179 days, per Department of Motor Vehicles regulation.

This isn't a county thing, it isn't a RV park thing, it is a State DMV regulation and is controlled by the State Departments of Motor Vehicles.                                    Some mobile/manufactured home and RV lots and Parks, are 365 day Parks, and some are 180 occupancy, 365 lots can install a park model, mobile home or a double wide and be occupied full time, BUT, If you elect to put a 5th wheel, trailer, or RV motorhome into a 365 mobile home park lot, you are limited to 180 days occupancy, it is a state regulation that "RV's" are limited to how long they can be occupied while in one spot. This time limit applies to all mobile/manufactured/trailer/RV parks.

All of this is null, they really have the final control... that no one has thought about... their ace in the hole, and power grip over you is their multi-group control over your hundreds of microprocessors, software, and computer-driven devices.

All automobiles, trucks, RVs, diesel engines, ECM, TV, laptops, smartphones, toasters, checking, debit, credit cards, washer/dryer, gun safe,  thermostats, stoves, security cameras, they can, and will, do with you as they want "when" they want, and you will be powerless... they know this, it is totally out of your control, they simply wipe you out with laser or magnetic EMP charge, at any time of their choosing.

Facts are that, you know, and voted for "none" of these thousands of Administrative, NGO people, and their agenda, payroll, and employment selection is all done by the President of the United States, filtered down through the Governorship of your state, to the County level of where you live.

What you build, drive, and where you park are all in their control, build a faraday cage around your computer, and be happy... until you can no longer buy fuel because they Laser fried the pump controller chip..
